Vintage Manning Silver Pleated Mini Dress 70’s

Vintage 70’s Manning Silver mini dress in baby blue. Sleeveless style with turtleneck, pleated bottom and a drop waist. Hidden back zip closure. No size, fabric or care tag. Appears to be be made of a poly knit, satin like touch and would recommend to dry clean only. No flaws. Model is normally an extra small/small and 5’10” for reference.
